nostalgia

Every night lately has been a good fucking night for some 90's alternative/grunge/rock. I was telling my friend last night how I'm almost numb to the onslaught of Seattle based music that collapsed my ear drums when I was growing up. Reminiscent of Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains and favorite of the era not from Seattle; but the terrible and what I call the ''most disgusting'' city in America. Chicago's own Smashing Pumpkins. Billy Corgan is amongst Gods to me. (1979) I went on to explain to him how women love me and I turn down pussy everytime i go out, what!? lol... I can tell I'm getting older by the music I find myself wanting to hear latenight in my room with the lights off, whilst the bright light of the monitor seemingly making everything behind me the the equivalent of "the nothing" as portrayed in "A Never Ending Story" (my #3 fav. movie ever!) Sometimes I want to drown in a rusted backyard burning barrel of everything 90's nostalgia and or time machine my shit back to then and have it all replay out knowing what I know now of the world and who I've become...

f.u.k.
